Terms of Service
These are the terms that govern your use of RepletoryReach. Plain language, two sides of an A4 page, no surprises.

1. Acceptance
By signing up for, accessing or using RepletoryReach, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2. The service
RepletoryReach is a WhatsApp messaging platform: inbox, broadcasts, AI flows, billing, public API. We provide the platform; you bring the WhatsApp number, the contacts, the content, the consent.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not use the service to send unsolicited messages or violate POPIA, GDPR or your country's consent laws.
- You will not use the service for spam, phishing, harassment, fraud, or to abuse Meta's WhatsApp policy.
- You will keep your API keys, tokens and account credentials confidential.
- You will not reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to disrupt the platform.
4. Fees & billing
Plans are billed monthly in your selected currency. Per-message and per-token usage is debited from your prepaid wallet. If your wallet runs out, outbound sends will be rejected with a 402 status: incoming messages remain free.
5. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or threaten its integrity. We will give you written notice unless there is an immediate safety or compliance reason not to.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime for the inbox and 99% for outbound delivery (subject to Meta's own availability). Planned maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance via the status page.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you send through RepletoryReach. We retain ownership of the platform, the brand and our underlying code. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or anything that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Cape Division of the High Court of South Africa.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to your account email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the change date is acceptance of the updated terms.
