Delivery policy
RepletoryReach is software you use over the internet. Nothing is posted to you. This page says what you get, when you get it, and what to do if it has not arrived.

1. What we deliver
RepletoryReach is a service you reach through a web browser and through our API. There is no physical product, nothing is shipped, and no delivery address or courier is involved. What you buy is access to the platform and credits to send messages with.
RepletoryReach is a product of SJM Innovations Tech (Pty) Ltd, based in Johannesburg. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Your account: immediately
Signing up gives you a working account at once, on the free plan, with no payment and no waiting. You can sign in and start setting up as soon as the sign-up form is submitted.
3. Credits you buy: within minutes
When you add credits, you are handed to our payment provider to pay. As soon as the provider confirms the payment to us, the credits are added to your wallet and you can spend them. This is normally a few seconds and almost always within a few minutes.
Some payment methods take longer to confirm than others. An instant electronic funds transfer or a card payment confirms straight away. A manual bank transfer confirms only once the bank reports it, which can take one to two business days and is outside our control. Your wallet page shows the payment and its status while it is being confirmed.
Credits are bought in rand at our published rates. Customers paying in naira or shillings are converted at the rate current when the payment lands, and the wallet shows the credits that resulted.
4. A monthly plan: immediately
A plan takes effect the moment its fee is taken from your wallet. Its higher limits and its included credits are available on the same day, not at the start of the next month. Each following month the fee is taken again and the included credits are added again.
5. Connecting a WhatsApp number: not only up to us
To send on WhatsApp you connect a number through Meta, who own WhatsApp. Our part of that is immediate. Meta's part is not: they verify your business and approve the number, and they approve every message template before it can be sent. That review is Meta's, on Meta's timetable, and can take from a few minutes to several days.
We say this plainly because it is the one part of getting started that we cannot promise a time for. Nothing you pay us is spent while you wait: credits sit in your wallet until you send, and the free plan costs nothing.
6. Messages you send: seconds
A message you send through RepletoryReach is handed to WhatsApp immediately and normally reaches the person within seconds. Whether it is delivered and when it is read depends on WhatsApp and on the recipient's phone, and you can see both on the message in your inbox. If WhatsApp accepts a message and then refuses it, we credit the charge back to you automatically, as set out in our Refund policy.
7. Availability of the service
The platform is available around the clock. We aim for 99.9% availability of the console and inbox, and we publish how the service is running on our status page. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and scheduled outside South African business hours wherever we can.
8. If something has not arrived
If you have paid and the credits are not in your wallet after 30 minutes, email billing@repletoryreach.co.za with the date, the amount and the payment reference from your bank or card statement. We answer within two business days, and we either add the credits or refund the payment, whichever you prefer. The same applies to a plan that was charged but did not take effect.
9. Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy takes away rights the law gives you, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, the law applies.
