Cancellation policy

How to stop a plan or close your account, what happens when you do, and what we do if we have to suspend an account ourselves.

Last updated: 2026-09-10

1. There is no contract to get out of

RepletoryReach is month to month. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee. You can stop a plan whenever you like, and you keep using the platform on the free plan afterwards for as long as you want to.

RepletoryReach is a product of SJM Innovations Tech (Pty) Ltd, based in Johannesburg. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. How to cancel a plan

Sign in, open Billing, and cancel the plan there. It takes effect straight away and you will see the change on the page. You can also email billing@repletoryreach.co.za from the address on the account and ask us to do it for you.

3. What happens the moment you cancel a plan

  • The monthly fee stops. You are not charged again.
  • Your account moves to the free plan and keeps working. You do not lose access to RepletoryReach.
  • The limits of the free plan apply from that moment: the number of WhatsApp numbers, team members, chatbot flows and knowledge base documents it allows.
  • The credits in your wallet stay yours. They do not expire and you can carry on sending with them.
  • Your contacts, conversations, templates and flows stay where they are.
  • Your WhatsApp numbers stay connected to your own WhatsApp Business account. They belong to you, not to us.

4. The rest of the month you have paid for

A plan is charged for a month at a time, and cancelling ends it immediately rather than at the end of the month you paid for. If you cancel part-way through a paid month, email billing@repletoryreach.co.za and we will credit the unused part of that month back to your wallet as credits, or refund it to your original payment method if you would rather have the money back.

If you are moving between plans rather than leaving, you do not need to ask. Changing plan credits the unused part of the old plan and charges only the remaining part of the new one, automatically.

5. Closing your account altogether

Email support@repletoryreach.co.za from the address on the account and ask us to close it. Before you do, consider exporting your contacts and any conversation history you want to keep, because closing an account removes them.

  • Unused credits are refundable on closure, under our Refund policy.
  • We delete or anonymise your data as set out in our Privacy policy, keeping only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records for tax purposes.
  • Your WhatsApp numbers are disconnected from RepletoryReach and remain yours to connect elsewhere.

6. If a plan payment fails

A plan fee is taken from your wallet. If the wallet cannot cover it, the plan is marked past due rather than cancelled, and we email you. Nothing is deleted and your account keeps working. We keep trying, so adding credits at any point brings the plan back on its own, charged for the same period rather than a new one. We do not cancel a plan for a failed payment without telling you.

7. If we suspend or close an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks our Terms of Service, for example one being used to send unsolicited messages, to break WhatsApp's own rules, to commit fraud, or to harass people. We tell you in writing and say why, unless there is an immediate safety, legal or security reason to act first, in which case we tell you as soon as we can afterwards.

If we close an account for a reason that is not your fault, such as us stopping a service, we refund the unused credits and the unused part of any plan you have paid for. If we close an account for a breach of the terms, we refund unused credits but not amounts already spent.

8. If we stop offering the service

If we ever decide to close RepletoryReach down, we will give you at least 60 days' written notice, keep the platform running so that you can export your data, and refund unused credits and the unused part of any plan.

9. Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy takes away rights the law gives you, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, the law applies.
